Topographical

We undertake various  topographical surveys of land plots using present-day specifications according to the Greek States legislation and state of the art  gear such as high precision total station and GPS sensors.

Cadastral (notary deeds) boundary lines

We investigate and set out ( stake out) using pegs your boundary lines using data extracted from old topographical plans and deeds in order to surround your land parcel and find what you really own.

Construction setting out

It is essential in new building foundations and other man made features to be placed in their exact place on the field in compliance with the building permit

Forestry 

Our office undertakes forestry studies. If part of your property is shown incorrectly in the recent Forestry maps and you have to apply for map errors  or other issues that affect your land parcel we proceed with the right application to the Forestry Dept. to justify what can be changed.

ENGINEERING  SERVICES

Electronic - Property/Building's digital file 

It is essential and mandatory that all properties ( land/flat/building)  acquire  a digital file containing all measured details (floor plans, building permit etc) as long as data pertaining energy efficiency , cadastral especially before issuing a building permit or conducting  notarial deeds.

Energy Audit (Energy rating)

An energy inspection has to be performed by a Certified Energy Auditor in order to issue a proof of Building Energy Classification   (carbon footprint in terms of Kw/h used per annum ). Furthermore it is also used to apply for States Energy Savings Programs that help citizens  upgrade house openings (doors,windows) , boilers, ACs, fan coils and energy efficiency .

Legalization services (under  law 4495/ 17)

It is mandatory to legalize all structures that were do not comply with the building permit. Especially if your task is to sell or transfer your property.

Building permits /  Store and business permits

We issue all kind of building permits. Either it’s a small scale or large scale project , most building and earthwork tasks need a building permit according to new regulations. Our team consists of  Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Surveying Engineers as well as well-established architects  with years of experience and expertise in housing , hotel and business projects.
